What it entails

Tasks

Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely manner
Providing product or service information to customers
Processing orders, returns, and exchanges
Maintaining customer records and updating databases

Conducting customer satisfaction surveys and gathering feedback
Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department
Providing technical support or troubleshooting assistance
Handling billing and payment inquiries
Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers
